You should expect to see approximately 120V AC at the drain pump connector when the washer is in the drain cycle and the pump is supposed to be running. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage.
•If the drain pump seems to be running, but the washer isn't draining, what could be the problem?
If the drain pump is running but not pumping water, there may be an obstruction inside the pump housing itself, even if the filter is clear. It's also possible the impeller inside the pump is damaged and not effectively moving water. Replacing the pump is often the best solution in this case.
